Job summary

Aggreko seeks a Site Operations - Lead in the Philippines to supervise a Production Team and ensure continuous power delivery per OEM and client demands. You will monitor site load via SCADA, allocate daily tasks with Maintenance, and drive performance improvements.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, adherence to QHSE standards, and collaboration with customer operations. A licensed electrical engineer is preferred, with 3+ years in power project environments.

Qualifications

• PRC Electrical Engineer license (REE) preferred.
• Ability to read single-line and electrical diagrams.
• Ability to read P&IDs and mechanical drawings.
• Strong leadership and communication skills in English.
• Experience in power project environments or similar roles is required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic data handling.

Bring your energy to Aggreko as Site Operations - Lead to lead a team that handles onsite production activities to ensure equipment availability, reliability, and performance in line with OEM recommendations, SSO and client load demands.

The role is aimed to have a person responsible for supervision, analysis of all site load control systems via SCADA and allocation of daily tasks in conjunction with Maintenance Teams to support Operations Managers in driving continued performance improvement and operational efficiency.

What you’ll do as Site Operations - Lead:

• Operate and monitor diesel generators, transformers, and related equipment to ensure continuous power.

• Ensure all QHSE, policies and procedures are followed on sites (LOTO, ESR, Lifting, Tool Calibration, spill prevention, Technician’s PPE, …)

• Ensure proper daily assignment of Production Team as per monthly shift planning,

• Tight follow up on client load demands to meet the expectations

• Attend to meeting with customer operations teams, where required

• Provide advance notification to Service Manager when availability will not satisfy customer demand

• Monitor and act on site/asset alarms to support any incident resolution

• Ensure oil samples are analysed and proper actions taken by Maintenance Team where required

• Perform first line analysis on asset performance, and proper actions.

• Work closely with site team to optimise asset availability, condition, performance, and manpower allocation

• Maintain accurate production data.

• Ensure proper and optimum usage of sites inventory.

• Ensure that the site is kept in tidy conditions with strong 5S and OPOS (Optimised Project Operations Standards) implementation

• Ensure employees in his team are properly inducted and developed (coached/trained)

You are:

• Preferably PRC Electrical Engineer licensed (REE).

• Knowledgeable in Aggreko electrical equipment (transformer, switchgear, NET, etc.)

• Minimum 3 years’ experience on a Power Project environment or in a similar role

• Ability to read single line and electrical diagrams.

• Ability to read piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs)

• Ability to read mechanical drawings and analyse Performance data

• Able to understand the operations of plant equipment’s.

• Computer literate (Excel, Word, Power Point, Teams & Outlook essential).

• Ability to work in a cohesive team.

• Strong knowledge of equipment safe operating procedures

• Good oral and written communication skills in English.

• Ability to withstand pressure.

• Strong Leadership skills

• Well organized, able to handle multi tasks in a controlled manner.
