Job summary

Aggreko plc is seeking a Site Operations - Lead to supervise and optimize onsite production activities for our 12MW project in Siquijor. You will oversee the Production Team, monitor SCADA-based load control, and coordinate with Maintenance to ensure equipment availability, reliability, and performance in line with OEM guidelines and client demand.

You will guide daily task allocation, ensure safety and quality compliance, and drive continuous performance improvements across the site.

Qualifications

• PRC Electrical Engineer license or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Experience with site load control systems and SCADA.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and spoken English communication.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and P&IDs.
• Analytical thinking with attention to detail.
• Team collaboration and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor generators, transformers, and related equipment to ensure continuous power.
• Ensure compliance with QHSE policies, procedures, and safety standards on site.
• Assign daily production tasks per shift planning and coordinate with maintenance teams.
• Monitor client load demands and communicate with customers and service managers.
• Attend meetings with customer operations teams as required.
• Analyze asset performance and initiate actions with maintenance teams.
• Maintain accurate production data and optimize site inventory and 5S standards.
• Provide coaching and development for team members.

Job description

Bring your energy to Aggreko as Site Operations - Lead tolead a team that handles onsite production activities to ensure equipment availability, reliability, and performance in line with OEM recommendations, SSO and client load demands for our 12MW project located in Siquijor site.

The role is aimed to have a person responsible for supervision, analysis of all site load control systems via SCADA and allocation of daily tasks in conjunction with Maintenance Teams to support Operations Managers in driving continued performance improvement and operational efficiency.

What you’ll do as Site Operations - Lead:

• Operate and monitor diesel generators, transformers, and related equipment to ensure continuous power.

• Ensure all QHSE, policies and procedures are followed on sites (LOTO, ESR, Lifting, Tool Calibration, spill prevention, Technician’s PPE, …)

• Ensure proper daily assignment of Production Team as per monthly shift planning,

• Tight follow up on client load demands to meet the expectations

• Attend to meeting with customer operations teams, where required

• Provide advance notification toServiceManagerwhen availability will not satisfy customer demand

• Monitor and act on site/asset alarms to support any incident resolution

• Ensure oil samples are analysed and proper actions taken by Maintenance Team where required

• Perform first line analysis on asset performance, and proper actions.

• Work closely withsite teamto optimise asset availability, condition, performance, and manpower allocation

• Maintain accurate production data.

• Ensure proper and optimum usage of sites inventory.

• Ensure that the site is kept in tidy conditions with strong 5S and OPOS (Optimised Project Operations Standards) implementation

• Ensure employees in his team are properly inducted and developed (coached/trained)

You are:

• PreferablyPRCElectrical Engineerlicensed(REE).

• Knowledgeable in Aggreko electrical equipment(transformer, switchgear, NET, etc.)

• Minimum 3 years’ experience on a Power Project environment or in a similar role

• Ability to read single line and electrical diagrams.

• Ability to read piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs)

• Ability to read mechanical drawings and analyse Performance data

• Able to understand the operations of plant equipment’s.

• Computer literate (Excel, Word, Power Point, Teams & Outlook essential).

• Ability to work in a cohesive team.

• Strong knowledge of equipment safe operating procedures

• Good oral and written communication skillsin English.

• Ability to withstand pressure.

• Strong Leadership skills

• Well organized, able to handle multi tasks in a controlled manner.

• Analytical thinking with attention to detail

• Good interpersonal and personnel development skills
