Job summary

Aggreko Energy Rental Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Site Operations - Lead for a 3MW project on Dinagat Island.

You will supervise onsite production activities to ensure equipment availability, reliability, and performance per OEM recommendations and client load demands. You will analyze site load control systems via SCADA, allocate daily tasks with Maintenance Teams, and support Operations Managers in driving performance improvements and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Preferably PRC Electrical Engineer licensed (REE).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience on a Power Project environment or in a similar role.
• Ability to read single line and electrical diagrams.
• Ability to read P&IDs and mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor diesel generators, transformers, and related equipment to ensure continuous power.
• Ensure all QHSE, policies and procedures are followed on sites (LOTO, ESR, Lifting, Tool Calibration, spill prevention, PPE).
• Assign daily Production Team per monthly shift planning.
• Meet client load demands and attend customer operations meetings.
• Provide advance notifications to Service Manager when availability may not meet demand.
• Monitor site/asset alarms and support incident resolution.
• Analyse oil samples and direct Maintenance actions as needed.
• Perform first line analysis on asset performance and actions.
• Collaborate with site team to optimise asset availability and manpower.
• Maintain accurate production data and inventory usage.
• Induct and develop team members.

Bring your energy to Aggreko as Site Operations - Lead for a for a 3MW project located in Dinagat Island, tolead a team that handles onsite production activities to ensure equipment availability, reliability, and performance in line with OEM recommendations, SSO and client load demands.

The role is aimed to have a person responsible for supervision, analysis of all site load control systems via SCADA and allocation of daily tasks in conjunction with Maintenance Teams to support Operations Managers in driving continued performance improvement and operational efficiency.

What you’ll do as Site Operations - Lead:

• Operate and monitor diesel generators, transformers, and related equipment to ensure continuous power.
• Ensure all QHSE, policies and procedures are followed on sites (LOTO, ESR, Lifting, Tool Calibration, spill prevention, Technician’s PPE, …)
• Ensure proper daily assignment of Production Team as per monthly shift planning,
• Tight follow up on client load demands to meet the expectations
• Attend to meeting with customer operations teams, where required
• Provide advance notification toServiceManagerwhen availability will not satisfy customer demand
• Monitor and act on site/asset alarms to support any incident resolution
• Ensure oil samples are analysed and proper actions taken by Maintenance Team where required
• Perform first line analysis on asset performance, and proper actions.
• Work closely withsite teamto optimise asset availability, condition, performance, and manpower allocation
• Maintain accurate production data.
• Ensure proper and optimum usage of sites inventory.
• Ensure that the site is kept in tidy conditions with strong 5S and OPOS (Optimised Project Operations Standards) implementation
• Ensure employees in his team are properly inducted and developed (coached/trained)

You are:

• PreferablyPRCElectrical Engineerlicensed(REE).
• Knowledgeable in Aggreko electrical equipment(transformer, switchgear, NET, etc.)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience on a Power Project environment or in a similar role
• Ability to read single line and electrical diagrams.
• Ability to read piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs)
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and analyse Performance data
• Able to understand the operations of plant equipment’s.
• Computer literate (Excel, Word, Power Point, Teams & Outlook essential).
• Ability to work in a cohesive team.
• Strong knowledge of equipment safe operating procedures
• Good oral and written communication skillsin English.
• Ability to withstand pressure.
• Strong Leadership skills
• Well organized, able to handle multi tasks in a controlled manner.
• Analytical thinking with attention to detail
• Good interpersonal and personnel development skills
