Job summary

Aggreko is seeking a Site Operations - Lead for our 12MW project located in Siquijor, Philippines. You will lead a production team, oversee on-site electrical and mechanical assets, and ensure reliability and performance in line with OEM recommendations and client demands.

You’ll supervise daily tasks, coordinate with Maintenance and Operations Managers, and uphold safety, 5S, and operational standards while driving continuous performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Preferably PRC Electrical Engineer licensed (REE).
• Knowledgeable in Aggreko electrical equipment (transformer, switchgear, NET, etc.).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience on a Power Project environment or in a similar role.
• Ability to read single line and electrical diagrams.
• Ability to read piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs).
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and analyse performance data.
• Computer literate (Excel, Word, Power Point, Teams & Outlook essential).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor diesel generators, transformers, and related equipment to ensure continuous power.
• Ensure all QHSE policies and procedures are followed on sites (LOTO, ESR, Lifting, Tool Calibration, spill prevention, PPE).
• Assign daily Production Team tasks per monthly shift planning.
• Follow up on client load demands to meet expectations.
• Attend meetings with customer operations teams as required.
• Provide advance notification to Service Manager when availability will not satisfy demand.
• Monitor site/asset alarms and support incident resolution.
• Ensure oil samples are analyzed and actions taken by Maintenance Team.
• Perform first-line analysis on asset performance and actions.
• Collaborate with site team to optimise asset availability, condition, performance, and manpower allocation.
• Maintain accurate production data and site inventory usage.
• Maintain tidy site with 5S and OPOS standards and induct/develop team members.
