Job summary

SunGrow Smart Maintenanc Technology Co., LTD in the Philippines seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer to oversee operation and maintenance of power stations, participate in commissioning and safety management, and ensure accurate documentation.

The role requires a college degree in Electrical Engineering and a Registered Electrical Engineer license, at least 5 years in electrical operation, basic English, MS Office proficiency, and willingness to work shifts at site.

Qualifications

• Education: College degree or above, majoring in Electrical Engineering and must be a Registered Electrical Engineer.
• Work Experience: At least 5 years of relevant working experience in electrical operation. PV/O&M experience and HV electrician certification preferred.
• Basic English reading capability.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Other Requirements: Willing to work on shift at power stations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in commissioning, completion and acceptance of power stations.
• Be responsible for project production preparation; organize daily operation management and safety management of power stations.
• Establish and improve complete technical documents as well as power station operation archives.
• Formulate annual plans and expense budgets for power stations.
• Propose and implement reasonable optimization schemes targeting power generation improvement.
• Conduct regular inspections of high‑ and low‑voltage lines and equipment, detect defects timely and carry out rectification to guarantee line safety.
• Handle power station accidents and emergency repairs to ensure safe operation of the power station.
• Regularly complete power generation analysis and information summary for the power station.
• Complete electricity fee settlement and subsidy declaration for the power station.
