Aggreko is seeking a Site Generator Operator in the Philippines to run and monitor power equipment, ensuring safe, reliable operations. You will manage diesel generators, transformers, and fuel systems while performing maintenance and keeping precise logs of performance and fuel usage.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or technical cert and 1–2 years of generator experience, with a strong emphasis on safety and adherence to Aggreko standards. Weekend/holiday shifts required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical vocational certificate in electrical or mechanical fields.
• 1–2 years of experience operating generator systems.
• Familiarity with generator control panels and fuel systems.
• Ability to follow safety and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor diesel generators and transformers to ensure continuous power.
• Perform routine A and B services, including oil changes and component replacements.
• Respond to alarms and faults, perform basic repairs or escalate.
• Monitor fuel levels and manage fuel deliveries to prevent outages.
• Maintain logs of run hours, performance, and fuel usage.
• Enforce safety protocols and environmental regulations.
• Track spare parts and consumables inventory.
• Generate periodic reports on operations and fuel usage.
