Job summary

Chowking, part of Fresh N' Famous Food Inc. and a unit of Jollibee Foods Corporation, is seeking a Site Logistics Associate in Metro Manila. The role focuses on supporting third‑party logistics oversight, KPI tracking, and contract compliance while driving cost and process improvements.

The candidate will maintain dashboards, track SLAs, and coordinate with 3PLs on issues, while handling procurement and reporting responsibilities in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in management/engineering or related field.
• 1 year end-to-end warehouse operations and supply chain experience.
• Strong data analysis and Excel/Google Sheets skills.

Responsibilities

Job description

The Site Logistics Associate is responsible for supporting the oversight of third-party logistics providers through KPI tracking, contract obligation monitoring, and issue resolution support. This role ensures that service delivery aligns with contractual terms and business expectations, while contributing to ongoing improvement efforts.

Job Description:

• Maintain performance dashboards and scorecards for weekly/monthly reporting.
• Track and document third-party compliance with SLAs and contract terms.
• Support communication with 3PLs on operational concerns, delivery issues, and service disruptions.
• Prepare purchase requisition for standard materials, supplies, or services based on budget.
• Prepares reports and evaluations of standard Logistics cost computations.
• Checks compliance of partners on standard building and facilities management activities, functions, operations, and procedures (e.g., security, housekeeping, refrigeration, utilities, maintenance, etc.).
• Prepare management reports related to HACCP, GWP and EHSS.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of Management or engineering course or any related field.
• With 1 year end-to-end warehouse operations (Inbound and Outbound) and supply chain management experience.
• Strong data analysis and Excel/Google Sheets skills (Pivot Tables, Dashboards, etc.).
• Familiarity with logistics KPIs and 3PL operations.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple deliverables.
• Good communication skills and stakeholder coordination.
• Knowledge of contract terms, SLAs, and vendor compliance is a plus.
• Willing to be assigned in Sucat,Muntinlupa.
