Job summary

Pinnacle Quality Food Inc., a subsidiary of Jollibee Foods Corporation, seeks a Site Logistics Associate in Danao City, Cebu. You will manage receiving/issuing, daily inventory counts, and coordinate with the Inventory Controller to resolve discrepancies.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering and has at least 1 year in warehousing or manufacturing. Fresh graduates are welcome. This is an onsite role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College degree in Industrial Engineering.
• At least 1 year of warehousing or manufacturing experience.
• Fresh graduates may apply.
• Willing to work onsite in Danao City, Cebu.

Responsibilities

• Check the startup pre- and post-operational accomplishments/requirements.
• Update and examine transactions of transfer receipts and storage guidelines for finished goods from manufacturing; verifies issuance of materials to production and distribution.
• Provide accurate daily inventory counts.
• Coordinate with Inventory Controller to analyze inventory discrepancies.
• Lead receiving and issuing activities of Warehouse and related documents.
• Coordinate with counterparts in other distribution centers/warehouses for product verification.

Title: Site Logistics Associate

The Site Logistics Associate Is Responsible For

• Checking the startup pre and post operational accomplishments/ requirements
• Update and examines transactions of all transfer receipts, prescribed receiving handling and storage guidelines for finished goods from manufacturing. Verifies and checks all issuance of materials and supplies to production and distribution.
• Provides accurate inventory count of items every day.
• Coordinates with Inventory Controller in analyzing inventory discrepancies.
• Controls and Leads the receiving and issuing activities of Warehouse in handling specific products by daily checking of monitoring forms and other documents.
• Coordinates with their counterparts in other distribution center/warehouses production codes and/or consume until codes of products to be shipped for verification acceptance.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s/College degree in Industrial Engineering
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in warehousing, food production or any manufacturing industry
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong attention to detail and effective interpersonal skills
• Must be willing to work in Danao City, Cebu (Full Onsite)
