Job summary

The candidate will maintain dashboards, track SLAs, and coordinate with 3PLs on issues, while handling procurement and reporting responsibilities in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in management/engineering or related field.
• 1 year end-to-end warehouse operations and supply chain experience.
• Strong data analysis and Excel/Google Sheets skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain performance dashboards and scorecards for weekly/monthly reporting.
• Track third-party compliance with SLAs and contract terms.
• Support communication with 3PLs on operational concerns and service disruptions.
• Prepare purchase requisitions for standard materials based on budget.
• Prepare reports and evaluations of standard logistics costs.
• Check compliance of partners on building, facilities, and operations activities.
