SPX PHILIPPINES INC. in Rizal is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations including inbound, storage, picking, packing and dispatch, while ensuring SLA adherence, productivity and quality benchmarks.

You will lead and train the store team and coordinate with planning, dispatch and transport functions to maintain safety and compliance. This position may be assigned to Binangonan, Baras, or Tanay, requiring flexibility and the ability to generate MIS reports on manpower,

• Manage daily operations: inbound, storage, picking, packing & dispatch
• Ensure SLA adherence, productivity & quality benchmarks
• Monitor inventory accuracy, cycle counts & shrinkage control
• Lead, train & manage the store team.
• Coordinate with planning, dispatch & transport teams
• Ensure safety, hygiene & statutory compliance
• Handle escalations and peak volume operations
• Maintain MIS reports (manpower, productivity, inventory, cost)
• Amenable to be assigned in Binangonan, Baras, or Tanay.
