Job summary

SPX PHILIPPINES INC. in Laguna is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee inbound, storage, picking, packing and dispatch activities. You will ensure SLA adherence, productivity and quality benchmarks while leading a store team.

Responsibilities include inventory accuracy, cycle counts, shrinkage control and coordination with planning, dispatch and transport teams. A strong focus on safety and cost reporting is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and cycle counts.
• Familiarity with safety and regulatory compliance.
