Job summary

SPX Express in Manila is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to manage daily warehousing tasks including inbound, storage, picking, packing and dispatch. The role focuses on meeting SLA, productivity and quality targets while maintaining inventory accuracy.

You will lead and train the store team, coordinate with planning, dispatch and transport, and ensure safety, hygiene and compliance during peak volumes and routine operations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Warehouse/Retail/Dark store operations.
• Proven leadership and team handling abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills: Excel, WMS, Email.
