Job summary

Maersk is seeking an Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounting (Site Business Controller) to act as a trusted finance partner for warehousing operations. You will strengthen financial governance, drive profitability, and ensure control effectiveness at the site level.

Collaborate with Operations, Site Management and Finance stakeholders to improve performance. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Finance/Controlling, strong governance and risk management experience, and excellent English

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance/Controlling/Audit/Risk Management.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial controls, governance, compliance and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve financial performance of assigned warehouse sites.
• Lead financial reviews, identify revenue leakage and cost inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions.
• Support site management with governance, controls, and month-end closing processes.
