This role is responsible for strengthening financial governance, driving profitability, ensuring operational control effectiveness, and mitigating business risks at the site level. As a key member of the frontline finance team, the Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounting (Site Business Controller) works closely with Operations, Site Management, and Finance stakeholders to improve financial performance, identify process gaps, enhance internal controls, and ensure compliance with company policies and governance standards.
