Job summary

Maersk is seeking an Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounting (Site Business Controller) to strengthen financial governance and profitability at our warehousing sites in Manila. You will work closely with Operations, Site Management, and Finance teams to improve performance, close gaps in controls, and ensure policy compliance.

The role demands strong accounting, risk management, and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on process improvement and operational finance within logistics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in finance, business controlling, audit, or risk management.
• Experience in logistics or warehousing preferred.
• Strong governance and risk management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Monitor financial performance of warehouse sites.
• Identify revenue leakage and cost optimization.
• Support site management with internal controls.
