Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield Philippines seeks an Assistant Facility Manager to support the Country Lead in planning, coordinating, delivering and overseeing site-based facilities management and workplace services for the assigned client site.

You will engage with stakeholders, ensure compliance, safety and performance, and contribute to cost control, reporting, and supplier relationships to maintain a well-kept and serviceable portfolio.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in facilities management or related roles.
• Knowledge of building systems and property operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience leading high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Keep portfolio compliant with laws, regulations and policies.
• Ensure safety, health and good maintenance of portfolio.
• Respond promptly to risks, hazards, incidents and emergencies.
• Assist in Site Facilities Management and Operations Plan execution.
• Manage supplier relationships and procurement processes.
• Prepare and present facilities performance reports.
• Support budgeting, cost control and forecasting.
• Assist contracting and procurement activities.
• Provide specialist knowledge to Cushman & Wakefield commitments.
• Maintain facilities documentation and records; engage stakeholders.
