Job summary

PHirst Park Homes by Century Properties Group, Inc. is seeking a Registered Civil Engineer to monitor land development and housing construction, ensuring tasks align with plans, specifications, target schedules and quality.

You will coordinate with contractors to ensure adherence to targets, discuss project concerns and generate progress reports. You will address punch lists, unit rectifications, and show village maintenance, while assisting the Site Supervisor with environmental and safety

Qualifications

• Registered Civil Engineer required.
• 2–3 years of experience in horizontal development is an advantage.
• Experience in land development and housing construction.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Good management skills and keen eye for detail.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Willing to be assigned to South (Calabarzon).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and inspect daily activities on land development and housing construction to ensure work aligns with approved plans, specs, schedules and quality.
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure targets are met and discuss project concerns with progress reports.
• Address and monitor project concerns such as punch lists, rectifications, and village maintenance.
• Assist Site Supervisor in implementing environmental and safety requirements on site.

Job Summary:

• To coordinate with contractors to ensure adherence to set targets and discuss projects concerns and generate reports on progress of work.
• To address and monitor all related project concerns such as punch list and rectifications on units, project utilities performance, and show village maintenance.
• To assist the Site Supervisor in implementing all environmental and safety requirements on site.
