Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a PRC-licensed Civil Engineer (RCE) to supervise residential and fit-out projects in Sta Rosa, Laguna. The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience and proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD is advantageous.

You will oversee construction progress, coordinate with clients and trades, prepare estimates and requisitions, and ensure safety standards on site. This is a full-time position based in Sta Rosa, Laguna, within an engineering services environment.

Qualifications

• PRC-licensed Civil Engineer (RCE) is required.
• 3–5 years of residential or fit-out experience.
• Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.
• Willing to work in Sta Rosa, Laguna in an engineering services setup.
