Job summary

Kresk Contractors Asia Inc. in the Philippines is hiring a Site Operations Coordinator to manage day-to-day project site activities, ensuring adherence to approved plans, specifications, schedules, and quality requirements.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants, general contractors, subcontractors, and other trades on site. The role requires reading drawings, understanding project documents, and coordinating manpower, materials, and equipment while maintaining rigorous safety and QA/QC

Qualifications

• Graduate in Mechanical or Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• No experience required; open to trainees.
• Able to read construction drawings and specs.
• Familiar with scheduling, manpower, and material planning.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willing to work on project sites and coordinate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day project site operations.
• Ensure activities follow approved plans, specs, schedule, and quality.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, general contractors, subcontractors, and trades.
• Supervise manpower, materials, equipment, and site resources.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules and work programs.
• Review drawings, specs and other technical docs.
• Monitor progress and report updates to management.
• Identify site issues and coordinate solutions.

• Identify site issues, conflicts, and potential delays and coordinate appropriate solutions
• Coordinate with the QA/QC and Safety teams to ensure compliance with project requirements
• Ensure proper documentation of site activities, inspections, accomplishments, and project concerns

About you

• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related engineering discipline
• No Experience Required, willing to be trained
• Knowledgeable in construction methods, project implementation, and site coordination is a plus
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documents is a plus
• Familiar with project scheduling, manpower planning, material requirements, and site coordination
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple project requirements
