About the role

This role involves ensuring that construction methodologies and workmanship are properly implemented in accordance with approved plans, specifications, quality standards, and good engineering practices. You will monitor project progress and accomplishments, conduct comprehensive inspections, and coordinate with subcontractors and site teams.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure construction methodologies and workmanship are properly implemented in accordance with approved plans, specifications, quality standards, and good engineering practices

• Monitor project progress and accomplishments in accordance with the approved construction schedule

• Conduct comprehensive inspections of work items and accomplishments prior to acceptance by the client

• Prepare accurate and timely daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project progress and site issues

• Coordinate and monitor subcontractors to ensure that construction works conform to project requirements, plans, and specifications

• Inspect and verify the quality and specifications of materials delivered to and used at the project site

• Check and validate daily time records (DTRs) and overtime requests of site employees

• Ensure compliance with job safety requirements, proper traffic management, and appropriate coordination with the community

• Report any incident or accident occurring at the project site within 24 hours from the time of discovery

• Submit required reports and documents accurately and on time
