Pyramid Builders Inc. is seeking a Civil Engineering graduate to oversee daily on-site operations, coordinating with engineers, contractors, and authorities. You will ensure adherence to plans, safety, and quality, while guiding inspections and document control.

The role requires reading blueprints, strong communication, and leadership to manage schedules, budgets, and permits. OSH training is an advantage, with a focus on timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Civil Engineering as required.
• 2 years work experience in vertical project preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Knowledgeable in AutoCAD is preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills are preferred.
• OSH & First Aid training is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily site operations to ensure alignment with approved plans and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, government agencies, and suppliers to resolve technical issues promptly.
• Track project progress, prepare site reports, and update stakeholders on milestones, delays, and corrective actions.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental guidelines.
• Conduct regular inspections, material verification, and quality control assessments.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction documents for accurate execution.
• Assist in preparing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Manage permits, daily logs, inspection records, and compliance reports.
• Coordinate with local authorities and regulatory agencies for permits, inspections, and compliance matters.
• Identify potential risks or delays and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely project delivery.
