Job summary

TRANS-ASIA PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking an Engineer (Electrical or Mechanical) to lead Construction Project Management and QAQC efforts. A PRC license is preferred, with 3–5 years of relevant experience and strong MS Windows proficiency.

You must be trustworthy, communicative, and ready to start immediately in Nuvali, Laguna. The role requires documenting progress, coordinating with teams, and ensuring quality control across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical); PRC license preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in Construction Project Management and QAQC.
• Proficient with MS Windows; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Trustworthy, disciplined, and proactive with problem-solving abilities.

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) Preferably with a PRC License.

• Must have at least 3-5 years (s) of working experience in Construction Project Management and QAQC works.

• Computer literate (MS Windows Applications); Generalist with management skills; Updated with current developments and advancement in engineering and architectural technology; Can communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing; With good interpersonal relation skills.

• Trustworthy, loyal, dependable, meticulous, and systematic in approach; With extreme patience, persistence, and flexibility in the course of work implementation and in the achievement of goals; Has a high level of energy and motivation; Must be decisive, assertive, and effective in problem-solving; With good moral character and professional integrity.

• Must have a driver's license and know how to drive a motorcycle
