Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Licensed Civil Engineer will have an advantage.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in housing project construction.
• Willing to work in Naic, Cavite.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure work follows approved plans and specs.
• Prepare shop drawings and construction bulletins to support detailing.
• Assess weekly progress and billings for accuracy.
• Prepare weekly accomplishment reports with site verification.
• Ensure timely completion of quality standards for housing units.
