Job summary

APEC Homes is seeking a Civil Engineer to oversee the execution and completion of land development construction in line with approved plans and specifications. You will supervise site activities, manage operators and contractors, and ensure quality and timely delivery in Sariaya, Quezon Province with accommodation support.

The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in AutoCAD, and a proactive, professional attitude.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in land development of at least 3 hectares is preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; ability to operate typical survey/level tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site activities and manage personnel during land development to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Provide supervisory functions over heavy equipment operators, contractors, and on-site staff.
• Establish road site layout and drainage design and elevations.
• Monitor manpower, material deliveries, and proper usage of heavy equipment and tools.
• Provide oversight on construction of special projects within the site.
