Candidates must be a licensed Civil Engineer with at least three years of experience in housing projects, strong communication and coordination skills, and proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite. Willingness to travel to Marikina and Rizal is required.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer and have passed the Professional Licensure Examination.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in housing construction, townhouses, condominiums, or other real estate projects.
• Experience in residential construction or the real estate industry is required.
• Strong communication, coordination, and relationship management skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant engineering software.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel to various project sites in Marikina and Rizal.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor construction activities from project start through project turnover.
• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, and construction standards.
• Monitor the proper use, handling, and availability of construction materials and equipment.
• Provide technical support and resolve site-related engineering concerns.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely project completion.
• Monitor project progress and ensure assigned activities are completed within required timelines.
• Prepare inspection reports, completion reports, and other project documentation.
• Conduct warranty inspections and coordinate necessary corrective works.
• Perform other site-related engineering duties as assigned.
