Job summary

Mighty Lynx Solutions Inc. seeks a Site Engineer to oversee auxiliary system projects from planning to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.

You will supervise on-site activities, conduct inspections, prepare progress reports, coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams, and manage risks to prevent delays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering is required.
• Experience in Auxiliary Systems such as CCTV, FDAS, SCS, DACS is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks
• Having a motorcycle is an advantage
• Willing to handle multiple project sites
• Willing to start immediately

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage assigned projects from inception to completion.
• Conduct site inspections, assessments, and provide technical installation recommendations.
• Supervise on-site activities to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Prepare and submit regular project progress reports.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and materials to ensure cost control.
• Identify potential risks and implement corrective actions to prevent delays.
• Ensure proper documentation of project activities and site accomplishments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
