Solidmax Construction Corp. is seeking a motivated Site Engineer for a project-based, urgent-hiring role at our White Plains, Katipunan, Quezon City site. Open to fresh graduates and newly licensed Civil Engineers who want hands-on experience on real construction projects.

Candidates should be ready to train, relocate to different sites, and work independently with minimal supervision while supporting the project team in cost monitoring, BOQ preparation, and daily reporting.

Qualifications

• BSCE degree required with licensure as Civil Engineer.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Must be a licensed Civil Engineer.
• No prior work experience required, but construction/site experience is an advantage.
• Willing to undergo training and hands-on learning.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervision and monitoring of daily construction activities.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor conditions.
• Ensure activities follow plans, specs, and instructions.
• Take measurements and monitor quantities of completed works.
• Prepare and check BOQ, estimates, and costing-related documents.
• Prepare monitoring sheets and reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Coordinate with project personnel, workers, subcontractors, and others.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and project-related reports.
