Job summary

MAAPHILS HR is seeking a proactive Project Engineer for on-site work in Manila. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for a full-time role, with responsibilities spanning project planning, scheduling, coordination with clients and vendors, and on-site supervision.

The ideal candidate will have a BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with REE/RME licensure preferred. Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is required, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• BS Electrical Engineering or BS Mechanical Engineering degree required.
• Fresh graduates welcome; REE/RME licensed preferred.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise overall project implementation and site activities.
• Prepare project schedules, work plans, and accomplishment reports.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Assist in project planning, estimation, budgeting, and material take-off.
• Ensure project works are executed according to approved plans, specifications, and standards.
• Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment utilization.
• Conduct regular site inspections and project progress evaluations.
