Job summary

M&J Solutions Provider Inc. is seeking a Site Engineer to supervise construction activities, ensure quality workmanship, and support the review and implementation of engineering drawings in line with project standards. You will work with project teams to monitor site progress and assist with documentation and reporting.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Applicants must reside in Pangasinan–Zambales or be willing to relocate onsite in Pangasinan; accommodation is not provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Fresh graduates encouraged; relevant experience is an advantage.
• Must reside in Pangasinan–Zambales area or willing to relocate to Pangasinan.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Strong foundation in engineering principles, design and construction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction activities and monitor site progress for quality.
• Review and assist with engineering design drawings implementation.
• Coordinate drawing application and review meetings.
• Maintain records and monitor approval progress of drawings.
• Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders on site activities.
• Assist with Work Accomplishment Certificates and payment documents.
• Participate in site inspections, surveys and geological investigations.
• Prepare monthly reports and other project documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the company.
