Job summary

JCAP Construction is seeking an experienced electrical supervisor to oversee installation activities on our construction sites in Metro Manila. You will ensure works are performed to approved drawings, specifications, and electrical codes, while coordinating with subcontractors and other disciplines.

You will conduct site inspections, support planning of manpower and materials, and help ensure safety, quality, and timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Oversee electrical installation activities across the project site.
• Ensure workers follow approved drawings, specs, and electrical codes.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other disciplines on a daily basis.
• Perform site inspections to verify quality and compliance with standards.
• Assist in planning manpower, materials, and equipment to meet project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve technical issues encountered during construction.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements on site.
• Attend coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and project teams.
• Supervise testing, commissioning, and energization of electrical systems.
• Maintain accurate site records and proper documentation of completed work.
