Job summary

About the role

Site Engineer is responsible for the technical supervision, coordination, quality control, and monitoring of construction activities within assigned projects. The position ensures that construction works are executed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, project schedules, safety standards, applicable codes, and the developer's quality standards.

• Works monitoring, conducting site Inspections and quality control of contractor's on-going works. Identify potential risk and violations and coordinate with contractor's site engineer or staff to resolve such issue.
• Provide weekly updates/reports on contractor's progress, manpower and equipment requirements.
• Monthly Technical Report on Work Accomplishment of Contractor's on-going works.
• Cost analysis and estimate for specific work items.
• Coordinate with contractor's site engineer and Geodetic Engineer to ensure that design and specifications as well as development timelines are met and resolve any issues/delays.
• Create work schedules and timelines, identify and Resolve potential risks that may cause delays and setbacks to the project.
