Job summary

San Miguel Aerocity Inc. is seeking a Site Engineer to oversee on-site Civil & Structural works, ensuring safety, quality, and schedules for port development and related coastal projects in Metro Manila.

The role requires coordinating with subcontractors and clients, conducting site inspections, and maintaining documentation, with at least 5 years of multi-disciplinary PM experience and a Civil Engineering degree.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent.
• At least 5 years of multi-disciplinary project management experience on port development or coastal works.
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Project and AutoCAD.
• Willing to be assigned in Apayao.

• Report to the lead Site Engineers and QAQC and Planning Team.
• Responsible for on-site technical and engineering matters relating to C&S
• Supervise and Coordinate day to day site works, including sub-contract works, safety and quality control.
• Carry out Site inspection and upkeep of site documentations
• Manage and ensure timely completion of construction/ civil works
• Attend meetings, liaise with contractors, clients, etc
• Undertake any other work duties as required by the project
• Perform reasonable other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Reporting Supervisor

• Ability to use MS Office, MS Project and Auto Cad is preferred.
• Experience in risk assessment, geotechnical and engineering works, environmental impact assessments, tender documents, site supervision and contract administration
• Willing to be assigned in Apayao.
