Job summary

Global Formwork Solutions in Dipolog City is seeking a highly experienced Site Engineer to own site operations from day one and deliver high-quality results.

This is not entry-level; candidates must have 5+ years in construction/civil/infrastructure, be able to work independently, produce professional documentation, and lead coordinated efforts with project managers and clients. Will relocate to Dipolog City.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a Site Engineer in construction/civil/infrastructure.
• Ability to produce accurate, professional documentation while delivering on-site results.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee on-site engineering activities to ensure safe, high-quality execution.
• Manage end-to-end project execution including planning and subcontractor coordination.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation: daily reports, progress tracking, QA records, as-builts, material approvals, compliance.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and quality to ensure timely delivery and minimize risks.
• Identify and resolve site issues with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, environmental standards, and contractual requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and overall company project success.

We are looking for a highly experienced Site Engineer who can hit the ground running. This is not an entry-level or training position — we need a seasoned professional ready to take full ownership of site operations, deliver high-quality results, and directly contribute to the company’s success from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all on-site engineering activities, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.

• Manage end-to-end project execution, including planning, coordination with subcontractors, and on-site supervision.

• Handle comprehensive documentation — including daily reports, progress tracking, quality assurance records, as-built drawings, material approvals, and compliance documentation.

• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality control to ensure timely delivery and minimize risks.

• Identify and resolve site issues proactively while maintaining strong coordination with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.

• Ensure full adherence to safety regulations, environmental standards, and contractual requirements.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and help drive overall company project success.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Engineer in construction/civil/infrastructure projects (minimum 5 years).

• Strong expertise in both documentation and execution — you must be able to produce accurate, professional documentation while delivering results on the ground.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision — no training will be provided.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset focused on delivery and quality.

• Thorough knowledge of relevant standards, codes, and best practices in site engineering.

• Strong communication and leadership abilities to coordinate teams and stakeholders effectively.

• Relevant engineering degree or equivalent professional qualifications.

Note: This position requires physical presence at our Dipolog site. Candidates must be fully willing to relocate to Dipolog City for this assignment.
