CitiHomes Builder and Development, Inc. is seeking a Site Engineer to join its housing projects in Naic, Cavite. The role focuses on site inspections, quality checks, and coordinating work across contractors to meet approved plans and schedules.

You will prepare shop drawings, monitor progress, and ensure workmanship aligns with specifications while targeting cost efficiency and buyer satisfaction. A Civil Engineering degree and relevant experience are preferred.

• Licensed Civil Engineer will have an advantage.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in housing project construction.
• Willing to work in Naic, Cavite.

About the Job:

The Site Engineer is responsible for performing various site engineering functions related to housing projects and amenities construction. This includes, but is not limited to, conducting site inspections, performing detailed checks of each scope and phase of work to ensure the quality of workmanship is in accordance with approved plans and specifications, monitoring work progress against the target schedule, and conducting final inspections prior to turnover.

What You’ll Do:

• Conducts daily site inspection to ensure the correct work implementation based on the approved plans and specifications in line with the standard construction guidelines.

• Prepares shop drawings and other construction bulletins to support lacking details from the working drawings through manual detailing or by means of computer aided design drafting.

• Assesses weekly billings/accomplishment reports submitted by contractors to ensure accuracy for payment purposes by conducting actual evaluation of unit/s.

• Prepares weekly accomplishment reports and other documents for updating purposes by actual site verification.

• Ensures the timely completion of quality standard and control over the construction of housing units for the purpose of attaining buyers’ satisfaction at least cost.

What We’re Looking For:

• Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

• Licensed Civil Engineers will have an advantage.

• Preferably with at least two (2) years of relevant experience in construction of housing projects, gained from engineering/construction, real estate or property development industry.

• Possesses decision-making and leadership skills.

• Willing to work inNaic, Cavite.
