• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage.
• At least 2 years of experience in housing project construction.
• Demonstrates decision-making and leadership skills.
• Amenable to be assigned in Tarlac City or stay in company barracks.

Responsibilities

• Conducts daily site inspections to ensure work aligns with plans and specs.
• Prepares shop drawings and bulletins to support details from drawings.
• Evaluates weekly contractor billings for payment accuracy.
• Prepares weekly accomplishment reports with site verification.
• Ensures timely completion and quality control of housing construction.
