About the role

As a Site Engineer at INTERNATIONAL MARKETING GROUP', you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution of construction projects in Makati City Metro Manila. This full‑time position will involve managing on‑site operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality results.

What you'll be doing

• Supervising and coordinating the work of construction teams on‑site
• Monitoring progress and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
• Identifying and addressing potential issues or risks, and implementing corrective measures
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and relevant authorities to ensure project compliance
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to project activities
• Providing technical support and guidance to construction workers
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of construction processes and practices

What we're looking for
