Qualifications

• Professional License is preferred.
• Experience in an Engineering Design role or equivalent.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, engineering design, and project management.
• Experience in an Engineering Design role or equivalent (1–4 years preferred).
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engineering requirements accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, subcontractors, and clients.
• Coordinate closely with the Project Management team.
• Maintain punctuality for work and meetings, and ensure a safe, clean, and organized workplace.
• Develop conceptual and construction plans in compliance with applicable standards and safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.

• Assist the Project Management team during project execution and implementation.
• Coordinate closely with the EPC Head, Project Manager, and General Manager on all engineering-related works.

• Produce complete, detailed, and accurate technical specifications and drawings.

Job Description

We are seeking a Project Design Engineer who will take a lead role in delivering high-quality engineering services and design solutions for our projects. This position plays a vital role in both internal and external engineering functions, supporting Project Services and extending technical expertise to our Cold Storage Facilities, Power Plant Division, and Industrial Sales Group (ISG).

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, innovative, and driven to provide practical, cost-effective, and technologically sound engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Management

• Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, subcontractors, and clients to achieve project and company objectives.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement and recommend effective solutions.
• Maintain punctuality for work and meetings, and ensure a safe, clean, and organized workplace.

Project Implementation

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering; Professional License is preferred.
• Post-Graduate Diploma or Master’s Degree in Engineering is an advantage.
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience in a related engineering field.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, engineering design, and project management.
• Experience in an Engineering Design role or equivalent (1–4 years preferred).
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
