Job summary

M&J Solutions Provider Inc. is seeking a Site Engineer to supervise construction activities, ensure quality workmanship, and support the review and implementation of engineering design drawings in line with project standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering is required or highly preferred.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply; internship or project work is advantageous.
• Willing to work onsite in Pangasinan–Zambales area; relocation acceptable for Pangasinan.
• Good command of English and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction activities and monitor site progress for quality and compliance.
• Review and assist with implementation of engineering design drawings.
• Participate in coordination meetings related to drawings and approvals.
• Maintain records and monitor the approval progress of drawings.
• Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders on site activities.
• Assist with Work Accomplishment Certificates and payment-related documents.
• Participate in site inspections, surveys, and geological investigations.
• Prepare monthly project reports and documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the company.

Job Description

M&J Solutions Provider Inc. is seeking a Site Engineer responsible for supervising construction activities, ensuring quality workmanship, and supporting the review and implementation of engineering design drawings in line with project standards.

The successful candidate will work closely with project teams and stakeholders to monitor site progress, assist with documentation and reporting, and support the timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise construction activities and monitor site progress to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with project standards.
• Review and assist with the implementation of professional engineering design drawings.
• Participate in coordination meetings related to drawing application and review.
• Maintain records and monitor the approval progress of engineering drawings.
• Coordinate with project teams and relevant stakeholders regarding site activities.
• Assist with the application of Work Accomplishment Certificates and review payment-related documents.
• Participate in site inspections, surveys, and geological investigation activities.
• Prepare monthly reports and other required project documentation.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the company.

Qualifications

• Must be residing in or willing to work around Pangasinan–Zambales.
