Job summary

Philkonstrak Development Corporation seeks a Licensed Civil Engineer to manage project resources, supervise field activities, and ensure quality and safety compliance at site in Surigao Carrascal. Fresh graduates are welcome, with willingness to travel.

The role requires strong leadership, planning, and reporting skills, with experience in AutoCAD and project management software. In-house health care, bonuses, and transport allowances are offered.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer in good standing.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Preference for male candidates.
• Willing to be assigned in Surigao Carrascal and to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Review daily/weekly/monthly resource availability and plan accordingly.
• Request required resources 3 weeks ahead.
• Supervise project activities and direct Foreman/Leadman.
• Record changes in plans and compute daily accomplishment.
• Prepare daily work accomplishment report and equipment/manpower log.
• Monitor daily accomplishments against targets.
• Conduct pre/during/post quality inspections and QA of project implementation.
• Implement IMS policies (QMS, OHS, EMS).

• Responsible and accountable to review the availability of the required resources matching it daily, weekly and monthly needs of the project.

• Responsible and accountable to request in advance the required resources 3 weeks ahead.

• Responsible and accountable to supervise the project activities.

• Responsible and accountable to direct Foreman/Leadman in performing the task.

• Responsible and accountable to record changes in the plans.

• Responsible and accountable to compute daily accomplishment.

• Responsible and accountable to prepare the daily work accomplishment report.

• Responsible and accountable to prepare the daily equipment/manpower log sheet.

• Accountable to monitor the daily accomplishment and compared to daily target.

• Conduct of pre, during, and post quality inspection and quality assurance of project implementation.

• Implement and practice the Integrated Management System (IMS) such as Quality Management System (QMS), Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and Environmental Management System (EMS) policies and procedures.
