Philkonstrak Development Corporation is seeking a Licensed Civil Engineer willing to be assigned in Dalaguete Cebu. The ideal candidate should have strong management, leadership, and project management skills. Responsibilities include supervising project activities, requesting resources in advance, and ensuring quality inspections during project implementation.

Responsibilities

• Review availability of required resources for the project.
• Request resources in advance, 3 weeks ahead.
• Supervise project activities.
• Direct Foreman/Leadman in task performance.
• Record changes in plans.
• Compute daily accomplishments.
• Prepare daily work accomplishment reports.
• Prepare daily equipment/manpower log sheets.
• Monitor daily accomplishments against targets.
• Conduct quality inspections and assurance.

• Licensed Civil Engineer

• Responsible and accountable to review the availability of the required resources matching it daily, weekly and monthly needs of the project.

• Responsible and accountable to request in advance the required resources 3 weeks ahead.

• Responsible and accountable to supervise the project activities.

• Responsible and accountable to direct Foreman/Leadman in performing the task.

• Responsible and accountable to record changes in the plans.

• Responsible and accountable to compute daily accomplishment.

• Responsible and accountable to prepare the daily work accomplishment report.

• Responsible and accountable to prepare the daily equipment/manpower log sheet.

• Accountable to monitor the daily accomplishment and compared to daily target.

• Conduct of pre, during, and post quality inspection and quality assurance of project implementation.

• Implement and practice the Integrated Management System (IMS) such as Quality Management System (QMS), Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and Environmental Management System (EMS) policies and procedures.
