Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of management in site development, project management, infrastructure, construction, or related field.
• Proven experience in vendor management, stakeholder management, and project execution.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, and financial management skills.
• Excellent strategic planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of site development projects aligned with business objectives.

About The Role

We are looking for a Site Development Head to lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of site development initiatives that support ACMobility's business growth. The role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end development process, from site identification and acquisition to project delivery and commercial readiness. The successful candidate will lead a team and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with company standards.
