Job summary

Key Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and assess potential commercial spaces suitable for new store openings based on the company's expansion standards.
• Perform location studies, market research, demographic assessments, and competitor analysis to determine the business potential of prospective sites.
• Coordinate with landlords, property owners, real estate brokers, and developers to explore available spaces and negotiate favorable leasing arrangements.
• Prepare detailed site assessment reports, feasibility analyses, and recommendations for management review and approval.
• Facilitate the preparation, processing, and monitoring of lease contracts, permits, and other documents required for site acquisition.
• Work closely with Operations, Construction, Legal, Finance, Business Development, and Franchise Executive teams to ensure smooth coordination throughout the expansion process.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of potential locations, lease expiration dates, ongoing negotiations, and expansion projects.
• Conduct ocular inspections to verify that prospective locations meet the company's operational requirements and site selection standards before endorsement.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing, Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or any related field.
• Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and relationship-management skills.
• Familiarity with commercial lease agreements, property documentation, location assessments, and market feasibility studies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Willing to conduct extensive fieldwork, property inspections, and travel to different locations as required.
