Job summary

Crimson Group, Inc. is seeking a Site Design Supervisor to manage drawing submissions and coordinate with clients and the in-house project team. The role translates rough sketches into AutoCAD drawings and ensures drawings meet design intent and site materials.

You will monitor approvals, prepare weekly reports, and mentor site design coordinators to maintain timelines and quality. The ideal candidate has a Architecture degree, is licensed (preferred), proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture required
• Licensed Architect preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Strong supervisory or team leader experience (2-3 years)
• Excellent cross-functional communication to liaise with stakeholders and clients

Responsibilities

• Prepares drawing submission schedule and layouts design drawings; assigns drawing numbers and tracks missing requirements
• Manages submission of shop drawings to clients and monitors approval process
• Reviews drawings for standard compliance and alignment with design intent
• Coordinates construction details with operations or proposes technical details
• Translates rough sketches into AutoCAD drawings
• Liaises with client's design and project team on site to gather requirements
• Ensures data in drawings aligns with approved materials used on site
• Prepares and monitors weekly project reports
• Ensures timely submissions of shop and as-built drawings
• Supervises and monitors performance of Site Design Coordinators
