Job summary

Centro Supersales Inc. seeks a Draftsman to prepare and update technical drawings for construction and engineering projects.

You will work with the Engineering team to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with requirements, using AutoCAD and SketchUp to create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models. The role requires a BS in Civil Engineering or Architecture, at least 1 year of drafting experience, and the ability to read plans, measure on site, and coordinate with engineers, contractors,

Qualifications

• Graduate with BS Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 1 year relevant drafting or engineering experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Working knowledge of SketchUp.
• Able to read and interpret engineering/architectural plans.
• Detail-oriented and able to produce accurate drawings.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Willing to conduct site visits and take field measurements.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with Engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed drawings, construction plans, layouts, and related drawings.
• Create 2D drawings in AutoCAD based on engineering and architectural requirements.
• Develop 3D models and visual presentations using SketchUp.
• Update drawings based on site conditions, design changes, and instructions from the Engineering team.
• Assist engineers and project personnel in preparing drawings for construction implementation.
• Review drawings for accuracy, dimensions, specifications, and completeness.
• Maintain and organize drawing files, revisions, and other technical documents.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and other project personnel regarding drawing requirements.
• Conduct site measurements and prepare as-built drawings when required.
• Ensure that all drawings are properly labeled, scaled, dated, and filed.
