Job summary

Jobtailor in the Philippines seeks a proactive Facilities & Remote Site Operations professional to support APAC region planning and delivery. You will help improve processes, manage documents, and assist with reporting and training.

The role requires English fluency, 1–3 years in facility management, strong MS Office skills, and IT savvy for remote communications. You’ll work in shifting schedules and holidays to ensure consistent service standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) required.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• 1-3 years of facility management and remote site operations experience.
• Advanced MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Strong IT skills for remote communications and internet savvy.
• Willing to work in shifting schedules including holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver remote site services across APAC with process improvements.
• Provide admin/operational support to country teams; manage documents and reporting; deliver training.
• Support procure-to-pay: manage purchase orders, assist with invoice processing and payment tracking with Finance.
• Identify risks/service gaps; collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver seamless support, assist events and maintain service standards.

• Provides administrative and operational support to country teams by maintaining documents, ensuring compliance, managing reporting cycles, and delivering training.
• Supports procure-to-pay operations by managing purchase orders, assisting with invoice processing and payment tracking, and collaborating with Finance.
• Identifies risks and service gaps, collaborates with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvements.
• Collaborates across teams to deliver seamless support, assist with events and engagements, and ensure consistent service standards.

Requirements

• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Must have 1-3 years facility management and remote site operational exposures.
• Advanced skills in MS Office such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel etc.
• Must be internet savvy and with advanced IT skills providing remote communications.
• Willing to work in shifting schedules as well as holidays.
