KND Resources in Santa Rosa, Laguna, Philippines, is seeking a Civil Engineer to support land and property development initiatives. The role emphasizes site inspections, material verification, and coordination with contractors and senior engineers to ensure efficient project execution.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering with at least 1 year of housing construction experience and proficiency in CAD/SketchUp.

• Proficiency in CAD and Sketch-Up or similar software; strong organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Project reporting and progress updates to management.
• Procurement process management to ensure timely material delivery.
• Assist in land development and property development phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Inspections & Investigations: Conduct thorough site investigations and structural inspections to ensure project accuracy and compliance.

• Material Quantities Verification: Accurately assess and verify material quantities needed for projects and adjust orders as required.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with laborers, contractors, and senior engineers to ensure projects are executed efficiently and accurately.

• Project Reporting: Survey and report on project progress, ensuring timely updates to management.

• Procurement Process: Manage material procurement, from order placement to delivery, ensuring materials are available on time.

• Land Development & Property Projects: Assist in the planning, development, and construction phases of land and property development.

• Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by the Managing Director.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (required)

• 1+ year of experience in housing construction, with a focus on land and property development being a strong advantage.

• Proficiency in CAD, Sketch-Up, or similar software tools.

• Strong organizational skills with a systematic approach to file maintenance.

Physical Demands:

• Effective oral communication skills to interact with project management, vendors, and contractors.

• Regular use of various measuring tools, email, and phone for daily communication.
