KND Resource Management Corp. is seeking a Civil Engineer passionate about land development and property development to join our growing team in Manila.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, skilled in project coordination, and ready to contribute to innovative development projects. Responsibilities include site inspections, material quantities verification, team collaboration, project reporting, procurement, and contributing to land development and property projects.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• 1+ year of experience in housing construction with land/property development as a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in CAD, Sketch-Up, or similar software tools.
• Strong organizational skills with a systematic approach to file maintenance.

• Verify material quantities and adjust orders as required.
• Collaborate with laborers, contractors, and senior engineers for efficient execution.
• Survey and report project progress with timely updates to management.

We are seeking a Civil Engineer with a passion for land development and property development to be part of our growing team. If you are detail-oriented, skilled in project coordination, and looking to contribute to innovative development projects, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Inspections & Investigations: Conduct thorough site investigations and structural inspections to ensure project accuracy and compliance.

• Material Quantities Verification: Accurately assess and verify material quantities needed for projects and adjust orders as required.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with laborers, contractors, and senior engineers to ensure projects are executed efficiently and accurately.

• Project Reporting: Survey and report on project progress, ensuring timely updates to management.

• Procurement Process: Manage material procurement, from order placement to delivery, ensuring materials are available on time.

• Land Development & Property Projects: Assist in the planning, development, and construction phases of land and property development.

• Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by the Managing Director.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (required)

• 1+ year of experience in housing construction, with a focus on land and property development being a strong advantage.

• Proficiency in CAD, Sketch-Up, or similar software tools.

• Strong organizational skills with a systematic approach to file maintenance.

Physical Demands:

• Effective oral communication skills to interact with project management, vendors, and contractors.

• Regular use of various measuring tools, email, and phone for daily communication.
