Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• 1+ year of experience in housing construction is preferred.
• Proficiency in CAD and Sketch-Up or similar software; strong organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Site inspections & investigations to ensure project accuracy and compliance.
• Material quantities verification and procurement support.
• Team collaboration with laborers, contractors, and senior engineers.
• Project reporting and progress updates to management.
• Procurement process management to ensure timely material delivery.
• Assist in land development and property development phases.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Managing Director.
