KND Resources is hiring a Civil Engineer to join our expanding on-site team in Laguna, Philippines. You’ll gain end-to-end experience in land and property development, working hands-on with site crews to turn plans into reality.

Qualifications

• Licensed or soon-to-be licensed Civil Engineer with an interest in land and property development.
• At least 1 year of experience in housing or land development projects.
• Proficient in CAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
• Organized, observant, and eager to learn in the field.
• Team-oriented with hands-on problem solving.
• Grounded, practical, and reliable—committed to quality work.

Responsabilités

• Design & Drawings: Use CAD, SketchUp, and other design tools to prepare and update plans.
• Site Work: Visit and inspect sites regularly, understand ground conditions, verify progress, and adjust as needed.
• Material Verification: Check quantities, deliveries, and usage to ensure accuracy and avoid waste.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with laborers, contractors, and senior engineers—learning from both sides and helping get things done right.
• Procurement Support: Assist in ordering and following up materials to keep projects running smoothly.
• Reporting: Survey progress, prepare updates, and communicate clearly with management.
• All-Round Support: Handle day-to-day site coordination and any other tasks that help move the project forward.
