KND Resource Management Corp. in Manila is seeking a Civil Engineer to join our land and property development team. You will gain hands-on experience in planning, coordination, site operations, and project execution beyond routine supervision.

Responsibilities include site inspections, progress monitoring, quantity verification, and coordination with contractors and stakeholders. A Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and 1 year of related experience are preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least 1 year experience in construction, housing, land development or property development.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp or similar engineering software.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Mansioni
